Hey All,

does anyone know if 8320 (Curve with WIFI) is coming to ATT this fall? Or is it going to be TMO exclusive?

thanks in advance!

No, it's a joy, because AT&T has the iPhone!

I still can't beleive that AT&T crippled the 8820 to not hurt the sagging sales of the iPhone!

Id take it! There is nothing wrong with a pretty phone! The iphone even brings great media and webbrowsing to the table along with its good looks.

Of course it wouldnt replace my 8300 but it makes a nice complement, kind of like my Nokia 8600 .

come one thats still unproven. I personally think its all BS publicity for the release of the 8820. Most likely not from RIM but from some overzealous RIM fans. Anything to draw more publicity to the release and the "great" news that its not actually crippled.

Hopefully the 'crippling' is kinda like what they did with the 8300 to push telenav. (removed the bbmaps, added a telenav icon and didnt mention any alternative) Im hoping they didnt go as far as verizon and completely block GPS.

I'm hoping the same. However, it seems kind of odd that the newer versions of BBMaps and Google Maps for the 8300 have no Bluetooth GPS option. If that weren't happening at the same time I would buy the BS line. Personally, I think something is up. We'll have to wait and see, though, as I doubt anyone is going to come out and "make a statement."

Didnt a prior version of Google Maps lose the BT GPS option only to have it return? Perhapse it was just overlooked in an attempt to get the new version out the door.
