How can I check my comcast email on here, when going into the web it will not take my user name and password. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Are you trying to set it up through the "setup internet email" icon (BIS?)

Using your web-mail access to comcast isn't possible as far as I have experienced.

I've used the BlackBerry Web Client tool to set-up my comcast account to come directly to my BB, as well as my work e-mail through the Enterprise Server and another e-mail account.

Using the BB this way also allows me to send an e-mail from my BB using anyone of the 3 e-mail addresses.

Good luck!

The Blackberry Web Client is now, and has been for a while, called Blackberry Internet Service (BIS). It can be accessed from your provider's website or from the "setup internet email" icon on your BlackBerry. You just type in your email address and password and the BIS will store it and automatically forward your mail right to your phone every 10-15 minutes. As the previous poster stated you'll also be able to send mail right from your Blackberry as if you were sending from your computer. You can have up to 10 email addresses set up this way.
