i have a tour 9630 with verizon and when i receive a text with sound, that sound automatically makes itself my ringtone.Even after i hang up from a call n the phone is not being used, this sound continues to play.Ive tried quickpull and battery pull as well and they fix the problem until i get another text with sound and then its back to start all over again. please help, its driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

What OS are you using?
The 5.x.x.xx are notorious for doing this as it is a bug in the OS itself. Plenty of mentions in the forums if you did a SEARCH.
