We discovered an issue with OOF and mixed Exchange 2003/2007 environment, so we're holding off till 4.1.5 (either MR1 or SP1), comes out.

What is the issue and what does it effect? We are on 2003 and going to 2007...we won't stay a mixed environment...but will move over users in batches til done.
