Hey guys,

I was wondering what Level 1 means when in the editing section for a profile? Also, I want to change my PIN sound for when people send me that email PIN? Right now its not set to anything so it comes in quiet. Thanks

Level 1 messages are any messages you flag as being Level 1. You do that under the Email Filters.

Level 1 messages are PIN messages, basically.

So, edit your Level 1 Messages for PIN alerts.

Yea, ok ill try it now. Im just gonna add it to put vibrate and tone and see if it works

pin and voice mail are level 1

There is a setting to make PIN messages Level 1. They don't have to be level 1.

You set it up on your BIS website.

Log into BIS, your option is in filters.
