I switched devices for a user, first done 3rd party backup, then normal back up.
on new device, I added 3rd party apps, ran advanced restore added mails etc and left out the service books and activated on bes. All looked fine, user could send/receive, fonts were the same as before(big plus) but now user cant delete mails that were added from the restore

what's happened?

Not kidding - have you tried popping the battery out and back in. Seems to solve a LOT of problems...

so backed up, restored mails and reactivated.mails deleting
