I receive tweets, but can't follow the links..kinda new at this, please help!

Alright, twitter doesn't mean much. Are you using the RIM app, ubertwiter, twitter.com on the browser ... ? And what exactly are you doing, and what do you see when you try to open a link.

I have no idea which Twitter-I downloaded an app,if that helps? had no idea there were different types ! How can I find out? When I try and open a link, it just doesn't open - the link remains on screen and nothing appears to happen...sorry to be so rubbish -still a learner!

Alright, here are some possibilities:

1 - Make sure you have selected the link. If you are using the RIM twitter app it will be highlighted when selected. But at in rate, whatever you are using there should be some indication the link is selected.

2 - Click the track ball/pad. If that doesn't work press the return key. If that doesn't work, open the menu by pressing the blackberry key, and see if there is an "open link" selection...and if there is, select it.

3 - If you still haven't opened the link using the steps in #2, then do a hard reset (with power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds). Then repeat #1 and #2.

Thankyou. Have tried all your suggestions, no luck! Will try deleting the app and then re-downloading it...
