Outlook not recieving email

I have a user with a 7100 that about every 2 weeks her Outlook stops recieving mail and her calendar will not sync however she continues to get mail on her handheld. Stopping the BB software allows mail to come across to Outlook. I have tried the clean reinstall and the corrupted calendar fix to no avail. If anyone can help please do so.
Software version: 4.2 using desktop redirector
