I wonder if anyone is able to help or shed some light on this problem one of my customers is having.
The environment is Exchange 2010 on two servers, Client Access and Mailbox roles. BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express V.5 is running on a separate Windows Server 2008 R2 box. Both are virtual machines.
Upon installing the BESX software, everything goes to plan and the installation carries out fine. Once up and running, when running IEMSTes.exe, all the tests pass fine except when it gets to the CDO part. The following error occurs in the IEMSTest console:
BESAdmin: CDO Logon successful
BESAdmin: CDO COM exception: Code = 80040704, WCode = 0504, Code meaning = IDispatch error #1284
Description = Your profile is not configured. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED<8004011C>]].
BESAdmin: CDO test failed
If anyone could help with this, I would be so greatful. Have been bangin my head on this, I've resintalled the installation of BESX after trying everything I could think of including reinstalling the CDO components and changing the BES service account.
