error - Keep getting error even after I choose update.

are you using 2 machines to sync your device to?

No just one device to synch and no specific error just always says: "updated versions of the applications listed below are available for your handheld" (see attachment fo more info)

i see the attachment but what does it do when you click ok

it looks like the install works but after every reboot we get same window over and over
