Default New to BB...Need some help

Please Login to Remove!

Alright...here is my dilemma...I am looking to get a 7100t so I can check my email while out of town. I am trying to minimize costs to my company, so I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to automatically forward emails from Lotus Notes to another account like Comcast or Gmail? Any help would be appreciated!

Yes - no problem. Your notes administrators and security folks may not love you for it though...

While in your Notes mail, go to the Tools/Ruls view in the left pane.
Choose New Tool at the top of the screen
In the Create Condition pull-down, choose All Documents
In the Specify Action section, choose Send Copy To, Add your address in the appropriate field, then Click the Add Action button at the right.
Click OK.

You should get all mail now. Go back to that Tools/Rules view to toggle this on and off as required,

hmm - no all documents? How about size? You could create a condition that is always true - like "size" greater than 1. Or "body" does not contain "&%^76"

You can also do Create Agent from Notes, but that get a little more complicated and it sounds lke you are not a Notes internal person

let me know if the size > 1 works.. good luck!
