Yes you can, the only thing you will run in to is having to switch the e-mail from handheld-to-handheld each time.

I ran an i870 (128k, black) SIM in my 7520 for months no prob. (this one does come with the correct sim)

Not to hijack yor thread but you can get a Brand New Unopened 7100i with a 2 year contract/Upgrade for $199. You might want to consider lowering the price a little

Would you rather have a new 7100i for $199 and EXTEND YOUR CONTRACT or would you rather have a slightly used (2 weeks used) 7100i for $200 and have NO CONTRACT attached?

Yup, You're right. No contract is better. That's why people buy online.
