I have the blackberry storm 9530 for about 5 days now.

when I open the menu it closes and then shuts off, and when im not using it it shuts off again...

The phone is almost brand new and i have tried reinstalling the software and everything. The battery is fine so thats not the problem...

No, It was bought off a local selling website. The guy had it for a month and barley used it. There is not even a scratch on it.
