Should have known that it would require something that I don't have... the USB cable. I don't guess there's a way to set it up without it right?? I don't know if it matters but I DO have caps EDGE and sticks.

Micro USB cable can be had for $5 at most electronics stores, BestBuy, etc.

i'm studying abroad in london next semester and i'm trying to find the cheapest way possible to stay in touch with people. i currently have the tour on verizon, so ideally i would like to be able to get it unlocked and buy/rent a SIM in london for it. my main concern is being able to use bbm to essentially stay in touch with my friends and family at home through bbm--if i rent a SIM card through vodafone will i have data access?

You can only have one BlackBerry Data Plan per device. That means you cannot have a BB data plan on your CDMA device and on your GSM SIM at the same time. You have to choose one or the other.

You have to register the PIN/IMEI with a single carrier to get data services. Once it's registered with one carrier you cannot register it with another until you unregister with the first.

Exclamation Unlocked Sprint tour for AT&T but no internet

I know I'm kinda behind the curve but I just unlocked my tour for at&t and i can text and make calls all day long no problems. BUT I dont have data and it says edge in lower case letters. Is there a way to get my data working on the BB without having to switch to BES? And get my BB Messanger working too?

Thanks!!
