haha. j/k. i used to listen to trance back when Airwave and Til I Come were popular (2000'ish or so). since those good ole days of raving, i turned to Techstep (drum & bass; Dieselboy, Andy C, etc) then more to Liquid Funk (High Contrast, etc) and Downtempo (LTJ Bukem). the Atlanta scene is just bursting with rising talent in drum & bass. Mayhem (Anthony) and Evol Intent (Nick, AJ and Mike) were recently featured on the new Need For Speed in-game soundtrack - all of them are close friends of mine. Dean Coleman is perhaps one of the most well-known exports. And I suppose Factor-E for you breakbeat fans (he's been going a lot of stuff with Infiniti over the last few years).
btw, i run a scene website down here in the southeast, so if any one of you are every down in the Birmingham (AL) or Atlanta (GA) scenes and want to meet up, let me know. I can get guestlisted for any electronic show in either city (so long as its being thrown by an actual scene promoter and not some pop radio station).

LTJ Bukem is dope. I also like DJ Rap, Faith Massive, and Cloud to Ground in the d 'n b scene.
Also, for the record, I was never an ex taking, pacifier smoking, jnco wearing, glowstick waving raver. You'll only find me in dress-to-impress clubs, and those are the only places in which I've ever been found.
