When I got the 2010 Office Suite (including Oulook 2010) I had issues syncing with my BB. I did some research and according to what I've read, this is a known issue with Outlook 2010. I have to use my Outlook 2007 to sync. You've made mention of a 2007 Microsoft version, but I wanted to relate some of my experience. If you reply to the above questions and tell us what happens; error message, etc, maybe we can be more help.
