I had thought of emailing conversations, but this required an extra lib and I wasn't sure if people would use it.

I certainly would. In many cases, it serves the purpose of an entire email string. Not sure how large the Lib is, but if you can fit in the code, it would be a major feature, IMHO.

Also, is your latest work ready for download? Haven't tried your newest one yet. Thanks for the great job, so far.

Question Why is 'Configure PIM' in Intellisync is grayed out?!

Hi,
I am very NEW to using BlackBerry. I have been tasked to work on BlackBerry 7250. I was playing with it for a day now and noticed that the 'Synchronize now' and 'Configure PIM' are greyed.

What caused these to gray out.
How do I enable these features back on?

Also, my contact list in Outlook doesn't show up on my BB 7250. I believe there settings in the PIM configuration that i have to do. But i may be wrong.

Could anyone give me some pointers on this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Rambler -

Just wondering when we can expect the update to your software to allow non-MDS use? I am anxiously waiting to try.

Ramble,
One problem I have is when my Blackberry gets in an area with low signal. The program will let me know due to a low signal...., then freezes my phone. I have to take the battery out to get it working again.

I experience this as well on my 7520. Hotswitching between apps usually solves it (after 4-5 switches).

How do you "hotswitch" between apps?

There are a couple things that would make this program appeal to the masses and even switch sidekick users over to the blackberry as the AIM is the only real negative at the moment, but could change with this app, it would be things like having the list of online users in alphabetical order, having an instant message icon by the person who imed you instead of just being red, having shortcut keys like ALT-0, - ALT-9 so you can jump to someones IM without scrolling endlessly if you have over 100 buddies online, also having a search feature where you can type the screen name and it will narrow it down...I would be extremely interested in doing a custom AIM app with SRA-Ramble

Looking forward to it!!

Just a question....

I read the user manual on your site. It appears you can chat in AIM chat rooms. Does someone have to invite you to a private chat or can you go into public AIM chat rooms as well?

Excellent question! So good, in fact, that I did some research and it looks like there is no reason you can't enter public chat rooms. I might slip this into the upcoming release.
