Why do you delete the accounts and then re-add? -- I know one thread suggested this, but it is not needed.

I have simply resent the Services Books and all works great, and the HTML mail support works (and it's awesome!!). You don't have to reenter anything, or lose your filters.

I've got to say that with OS 4.5 and now BIS 2.5, my year-old 8100 now feels like a shiny new toy.

Once you're in the email and it doesn't show the images push your app button and opt for get images. Once you're done that they will have images from now on until you do the same and opt again for "get palin text".

Forwards are working for me. All HTML is retained in the forwarded message.

Strangely I dont see that option in my app button... I saw it once when i was using empower. I see the option to load images automatically from the e-mail settings but it wont load any images at all, the spot where the pictures are supose to be is just blank...

Yeah they were for me too until I changed the option to get images. I would go through the proceedure of sending service books again and then pulling battery and restarting. Then forward an email you know has advertising images from one email account to another and check again.

If you have any html emails that were on your bb before you upgraded, just forward it to yourself. It will now show as HTML

I did that... no luck still. Im trying to forward an e-mail from my wifes account to mine and see if that works i guess?

EDIT: Nope still no luck.. I get a BIG blank area where the picture is supose to show, but im not seeing any HTML code. I have the settings set up allows HTML E-mails and Automatically retreaves pictures.

NOTHING... *sigh*

Have you deleted your empower application and rebooted your phone? You really should have the option to "Get Images" when you push your app button.
