To those who have received their launch kits, anyone read the thank you card that came with it? Go to the part where it says:

"Inside you will find a Blackberry Bold smartphone, leather case, and Stereo Gateway accessory"

I got the charging pod instead of the gateway. Did anyone get the gateway?

Thrusday, Sept 25, a little over two months since the launch party, over three weeks after initial public release in canada, and the promo unit finally shows up (in calgary)!! amazing.

i will say its a pretty box.. got the charging pod rather than the bluetooth stereo adapter as the 'thank you' card says.. oh yea.. missing a belt clip in favor of the sleeve.. sigh..
but hey, its a free Blackberry, so cant complain too much

kind of surprised.
fulfillment orders are sent express by noon, with tamper tape..
this was sent in a huge box, UPS standard ground. mine looks like it got kicked in and fixed with a half roll of packing tape.
BB is fine, but the sleeve on the BB box looking kinda beat up.

Finally the day has come. Corp. rep called me on Tuesday and offered to bring the Bold by the office sometime this week and I immediately offered to drop by and pick it up. Which I did on Wednesday (yesterday). I had expected mine to be couriered as well, though the reps had hinted that in Vancouver they might hand them out...

This unit came with leather sleeve, charging pod and then the usual paraphernalia.

I'm pleased with the gift.
