in my Blackberry leather case clipped to the outside of my pocket since its WAY too large to clip in the inside of my pocket ... i like the factory shipped plastic holster but i was always too scared that my BB 8700c would just fall off ....! so i bought a leather case and that fell off anyway !!!! lololol . so now i'm waiting for the housing kit to finally come out ....lets go ProMobility !

Very good system, to be sure. The thing that makes me go "grrrr" regarding this company is the way they want to rape you for the version of the 8700c holder that includes a cigarette lighter plug and charging cable attached to it. I mean, c'mon now, $36.99 without the attached cig-plug charging cable, but $69.99 with??? $33 for a cigarette lighter charger??? Are they kidding???

I'm thinking about buying one, but thinking about trading vehicles so will probably wait. And if I do, I'll buy the one without, and get a *reasonably* priced cigarette lighter adapter, and a couple of black plastic cable wraps to secure it to the holder.

I just throw my BlackBerry (in holster) into my pocket. When I have school it's held down by headphones and an iPod shuffle, so I can always feel the vibrating go off, but otherwise, it's just loose in my pocket, and sometimes I don't quite feel the vibrator, which sucks.

I agree about a shoulder / wrist strap! Let's get one designed! My bb is in my purse (but that can make it difficult to retrieve before the call goes to vm), or on my desk at home. In the car it is in the cup holder.

In the office - In holster in laptop case
In the car - In holster in laptop case
At home - In holster in laptop case

Don't really know why Ixxx8217;m forced to have one. Although it does relieve boredom while waiting for flights. And of course the company expect me to know when BES stops and to fix the thing ASAP!! And despite this I canxxx8217;t help but look at the device every time my laptop case buses at home, in the car, even when Ixxx8217;ve seen the e-mail arrive on my laptopxxx8230;. they are just too addictive

It really needs a way to attach a strap. Depending on what I'm wearing, it's clipped to my pants/skirt or on my purse. At night, it's on the kitchen counter charging cuz I don't need to check anything while I'm sleeping. When I'm driving, I put it between my legs (set to buzz) so I don't miss any calls when the radio is on & the windows are open.

In an open faced Sena case, either loose in my pocket or clipped on the belt. I prefer it on the belt, though

Wearing a blackberry is silly. Use it. When not in use, it's in my pocket -- holster free. I do not use my holster and never intend to (it's a waste of space, and looks silly to have a device attached to your belt/pocket/protruding off your hips/etc)

When in the car -- it's attached to my dashboard using a strip of Velcro -- male side on the Blackberry -- female on the dashboard.

If your in a club -- leave the blackberry at home =)

LOL @ Fanny Pack. I thought those were outlawed in 1987. I clip OEM holster on belt.

On a lanyard around my neck, a la Flava Flav :P

(kidding!) I'm not very creative...I use the RIM OEM holster.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I, For one, do keep it on my belt, in the hard shell holster that came with it. I love it!

My only issue with the whole "in the pocket" thing is you lose all the functionality of the "sleeper magnet". I like having it vibrate when in my pocket, but just ring when it's on my desk at work, without having to switch profiles. I guess that's just me being picky.

You could always get some sleeper magnets and get your taylor to sew them into your dress pants. Problem solved.
