Dear Friends,
a temporary fix for the problems with the trial of Follow-Up is located at:
http://81.2.197.75:800/ota.html
We will transfer the download back to our site, once we fix the remaining problems.
Thank you

Just checking in....has a fix or workaround been created yet to allow the reminders to work when you use of Tasks instead of Calendar? Thanks!

Dear Cayzac,
one of the workarounds we had in mind didn't pan out, but we are working on another one. Anyway, we still keep wondering why the RIM API is so limited (it really doesn't make much sense).
Do you, please, have any more suggestions for the next version of Follow-Up? We would be grateful for any kind of feedback you might have.
Thank you!

One possibly...sometimes I like the create a Task or Appointment in Outlook and show the email as an Attachment rather than the embedded text. This is useful for emails that have attachments or for making it so you can easily reply to the email that you're moving into Tasks. In Outlook you right click an email and drag it to Tasks or Calendar and you're given the option to copy as attachment or copy as text. Possibly you could have the option when you click "Follow up" to "Copy as attachment". Thanks for making such a useful app!

This is great software, still tinkering around with it but a nice thing would be to put like a draft reminder in your inbox so its there and you could just access it right from tasks or calendar...if thats possible...kind of like link the tag with a draft and when you create a tag create a draft as well, that could be an option, that would help me out i dunno about everyone else...but this is great software! thanks

What the heck? This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard of. If you forget to reply to an e-mail, is it really that important to require third party software?

Uh...huh? I don't get your point. Are you saying you don't see value in an application that reminds you to "follow up" on a particular email? Outlook has this ability, why not BlackBerry? This is a very simple app that is very convenient.

Hello,
first of all, thank you for trying out our software!
The only limitation is that the trial is time-restricted.
Do you have any suggestions for more features of Follow-Up?
Thank you so much!

What? So reminders aren't necessary because if you forget to do what you wanted to be reminded to do, it wasn't important enough to do it? I guess you don't use an alarm clock, because if you don't wake up at a certain time it wasn't important enough for you to wake up then anyway.

Dear Fred,
this is indeed very strange. You are the only one user having this issue.
We believe it is caused by the fact that maybe an older version of Follow-Up! wasn't uninstalled correctly.
Can you please uninstall all of the existing installations on your BB and send us an e-mail so that we can send you a new OTA link?
Thank you so much!
