Running .210 it takes about 5 minutes. Though I have to say that I have not had one uncaught exception error since going to this OS version.

On .210 as well and it takes about 4-5 minutes for a reboot. It's painful...

mine takes approx 5 minutes to load too after a battery pull.
though i recommend you a program called QuickPull
you can schedule it to simulate a battery pull everyday at the odd hours when you are sleeping.
and the app is free.

Okay I"m gonna time it.

Going from the home screen, turning it off and then back on again.....

18 seconds to power down and power back up to the home screen. 21 seconds untill it connects to the network.

That is not a reboot/restart/batterypull that the others are referring to. The best analogy I can come up with for what you are doing is... like a hibernation, or suspend perhaps is a better description.
