The card is under the battery. The easiest way to remove it is to use an eraser (like on the tip of a pencil) to slide it out. Comes right out.

But don't get your hopes up. It make zero difference for me.

I pulled the SIM card 2 days ago.

The next day it rebooted.

10 seconds ago it rebooted.

This might work for some people but not here. Thought I'd speak up since reading through this thread it sounds like this is the ultimate cure to rebooting (to some it may be) but I'm still out of luck.

What OS are you using? The older OS are more prone to reboots than the newer ones (.85 and later). You might want to think about upgrading if you have not already done so. Also check the build date of your phone. If it was built before 12/22/08, it is defective hardware. Get a new one, but make sure it is from a later date. Verizon has a nasty habit of ghiving out recycled old phone with hardware issues.

You also need to look at what software is running. some programs can cause reboots. Try a battery pull then don't run any apps for an extended period of time (like 12 hours or so). That will tell you if your problem is in the OS or due to an app. 73
