Sorry the JawBone2 does not support any music playback from the BlackBerry, only for phone calls.

The Jawbone 2 is the best bluetooth out there, love the thing. I wish it could be used with ATT Navigator or any kind of talking program so that the audio was through the headset and not the phone. Any chance of seeing this ever you think?

I researched and narrowed my final choice down to the JB2 vs the Plantronics 925. Read a lot about both, chose the 925, and have not been disappointed. For a datapoint with a lot more opinions than you'll find in threads here, on Amazon.com the JB2 currently has 254 user reviews and is rated 3 out of 5 stars. The Plantronics 925 has 286 user reviews and is rated 4 out of 5 stars. I borrowed a friend's JB2 and did side by side tests. To me, the 925 is much more intelligible for me when wearing it, and several people I called all said it sounded better than the JB2.

Good to know, I received the JB2 as a gift so I never really did a lot of research on it. I am very satisfied with it, but after hearing your opinion I'm going to look into that device as well.

I don't think so because... I think it is the hardware in the JawBone 2 that makes it incompatible for music (A2DP). Not 100% on that thought.

JB2 is going to be one of the best (if not the best) for vioce phone calls/noise cancellation. Voice calls it all it can do so it better be good at it

Got the JB2 and what a piece of junk. Does not sit in the ear well. Sound quality is poor. Battery life is low. It loses the connection with the blackberry. The worst part is the people I talk to cant hear me. I fade out sometimes. They say my voice volume is way too low. I went to the jawbone website for help. Maybe it was not on my face correctly, so I adjusted it according to the instructions and still the same problem.

I have tried the original Jawbone. 4 times I bought 4 times it either broke or stopped charging. I loved the original Jawbone except for the prior sentence.

I bought Jawbone 2 and liked it. The problem I had, was I could not get the earpiece to fit solid against my cheek thus not allowing the noise assassin to work.

I have the BlueAnt V1. Pretty tiny and nifty voice features. Doesnt fit on ear great but "most" people can hear me ok.

I returned the JB2 successfully and bought the Motorola H15 that I heard raves about. Like the BlueAnt it is not snug against ear. Like the BlueAnt "most" people could hear me fairly well

I love the JB2, but it keeps loosing connection and i constantly have to reset it and it won't charge...I just went through customer service and they are exchangeing it for me now...so far the CS has been great, but, i'm withholding judgement until my replacement comes in.

I picked up the JB2 yesterday for my Storm. I had the 1st JB with my pearl/curve. I replaced 4 of them before I gave up. Sound/static, they were all horrible. Now I took the chance on the JB2 and I am honestly impressed. It really works well now. Fit is 100% better then the 1st one. I called my office phone and tested it with no backround noise at 1st. Then in my car I started calling my office and leaving messages at different sound levels with my radio. All the tests that I did, the call quality was great. I had my radio so loud in fact that somone sitting in the passenger seat would not be able to understand me, and the call was great when i reviewed the message at my office. As of right now I'm sold on it. Mike

I finally took my Jawbone two to Verizon today and they discovered the same thing I did. It pairs fine and is working to receive calls but when I try to make a call from the JB2, silence. WhenI got home tonight, I also paired my wife's JB2 and the same issue. When you push the side of the JB2 to make a call, no sound whatsoever. M larger Jawbone works - sound is kind of bad when the voice asks for a command but then is fine. So, I have the same issue with two JB2s.

I just picked up a JB2 off Craigslist here in phoenix for 50.00 brand new and I love it. I had just bought the BlueAnt Z9i 2 weeks ago because did not want to shell out over 100.00 for the JB2. Comparing the 2 together side by side this thing blows away the Z9i in noise cancellation, comfort is great, I got their new ear buds for free awhile ago before I even got one and they are so much better fitting and you do not need the ear loop which I hate wearing. So IMHO JB2 is the superior headset, I have had every plantronics bluetooth that has come out over the last 5 years and although they are nice none of them compare in sound quality in noisy situations like the JB2 or Z9i. (Best friend is a plantronics regional rep and I get them to test for her)
