Be sure you have os 4.1 or higher be sure to do as Fizz mentioned and if those two tips don't work you could always try the ota (over-the-air) install option. I think those links are listed below the zip file link.

I would love to have the ZEN-theme but am affraid to mess up with my BB 8700f.
Is there any possibility to download it from somewhere instead of upgrading the OS.

I've been using an 8700g recently. Can anyone make a simple green theme for the 8700g? Just a dark green background, and with 'visible' icons? (just simple icons, like the ones used in the "dimension" theme). I'd really like one with the visible icons, too... the transparent icons just don't do it for me

I have the icons and images made for the Turkey day and Christmas themes but it's just too darn early for those? Lol

Does anyone have any Penn State, Pittsburgh Steelers or Family Guy Themes for the 7200 series? I've found some going back through the posts but I get errors on all of them when I try to download.
