I'm bored to tears still trying to find an idiot proof icon creator program so I can do themes with transparent icons for my 8700. If anyone has suggestions I'd appreciate the help. Just trying to import images into the program, resize and convert to PTB as transparent. So I'm left with this for now, till I figure out the icons:

Is anyone aware of a freeware icon creator that will allow me to resize found images, covert to png files, and allow for transparency (and not one that converts images to .ico files). I really want to start creating themes but I don't want to settle making iconic themes. Compared to transparent themes iconic themes sux. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
