they will surely chose to push users towards their own service both to make money and promote a more seemless brand experience.

Did you really not know? Or are you just trying to start another verizon argument? If you don't aprove of their policies, leave.

There's not even a rumor of the Bold for Verizon. Verizon is getting the "Thunder." Same question could apply, I suppose.

well, you can safely assume that all future vzw blackberries will only support vznavigator.

The only announcement they has been made is an announcement of the hsdpa bold. There is no sign of the CDMA version. Going by prior releases you are looking at anywhere from 3 months to 1 year from the release of the gsm version.
