Default bb 8320 uma and airport extreme n

Please Login to Remove!

I'm dying to get my router set up correctly. I have the apple airport extreme n and want to try and use it because it has better range than the tmo linksys router in my house. Has anyone configured your airport extreme n to that it works well with your 8320 without dropping calls? Care to share your tips?

Excellent thread
I have a similar problem. I can use data no problem but can't make phone calls (I even have T-Mo's h&h add on). I chatted with customer support and he suggested several things but none worked. One idea worked for about one hour and k'boom...my 8320 started dropping calls again. I can make calls via wi-fi in my local coffee shop, nevertheless.
If the three of us are having the same issue then.... Ouch...

(I have the Airport Extreme "n" router)

Many complaints with the Airport Extreme Router. That router doesn't play well with the UMA

Which is a total bummer since I just got T-Mo's h&h to save minutes at home. Now what? Cancel my h&h?.... Too many decisions in life...

I also have the 802.11n apple router and am having issues with it dropping calls... I had to shut off UMA just to make a cell call in my own house. I did register it with 911 a bit ago and tried a test call to 611 and it worked great for 2-3 minutes and didnt drop, so maybe it was a fluke.
