i've had my pearl for a while now, but i am just now seeing all its capabilities. can some one walk me through the steps for converting movies/videos or ripping them? and then transferring to my phone. conversion manager? sticky thread? i'm not too computer saavy.

If you search the forum for video converting you will find lots of stuff as it's been discussed here many times. It's not always simple and takes a fair amount of time to do.
