Please Login to Remove!

Why won't my blackberry download free mp3s anymore?why does it constantly tel me that the download has failed after downloadng a portion of the song

I read thrgh the whole FAQ and yes I do have a data plan,I can access the internet,I can use instant messages and receive and send emails,only thing I can't do is download songs,it keeps telling me failed

First, a regular carrier data plan is not the same as a BlackBerry data plan. Some carrier plans will include a few data services like social networking, but they're limited to exactly what they spell out.

Second, MTN has become notoriously unreliable with downloading via BIS. I've read many complaints about data throttling to the point where downloads fail completely, or connections are periodically turned off by MTN.

Yes I'm in south africa..@Rambo ok I understand the entire situation problem is I can not find any loopholes around it,how do I solve it

All users on all carriers in South Africa are having problems downloading. I suspect it is due to 3G upgrades. Do a search on it.
