9300 - Help

Please Login to Remove!

Today my little brother decided to enter 10 wrong password all at once and it reformatted and when it was done and when it went to the terms and condition page it just froze the trackpad stopped working and but everything else works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a screen shot of how it looks.
