Default 9850 w/ OS 7.1.0.267 and FB 3.0.0.15

Anyone else have this device/OS combination (9850 w/ OS 7.1.0.267) and this version of Facebook (3.0.0.15)?

I have been having a lot of issues with the device freezing for several seconds, sometimes with the hour glass, sometimes not. I thought it was just the OS, but since I upgraded Facebook it's been a LOT worse.

I'm going to delete FB for the day (will try not to shake or drool) and see if it makes a difference.

You are lucky the 3.0 only runs slow. Most of us no longer have access at all. After update the icon is gone or if you still have the icon it will not connect. No response from RIM so far with 170,000 complaints.

Interesting.

The device had far fewer freeze ups after I removed it (and it was a lot quieter without the notifications I had been receiving). Going to try reinstalling it again and see what happens.

I was running that same setup, juwaack, and didn't have that problem at all. I'm on 7.1.0.340 now w/ 3.0.0.15, and everything works as it always has.

And by "as it always has", I mean that I don't get the damn little facebook icon in my notification bar where all the other notifiers (tweets, bbm, txts, etc) show up when I have new posts. Sigh. Other than that the app seems to work fine.
