my new blackberry just wont start, i charged the battery full it shows the redlight but the screen is black. is it coz i upgrade to version 6.0 , pls help

Did it work in the past? If so, when did it stop? What did you do just before this began to happen?

Is it fully charged?

What troubleshooting have you done so far? With the device on, did you pull the battery for 30-60 seconds, replace it and see if it will boot?
