Yet another email question

I've searched all over the net for a solution to this email problem. And I've done everything that's been recommended from everyone.
Here’s my situation:
I’ve got two email accounts on my torch. One is a work account running on enterprise. The other is a personal account from a personal website. Up to yesterday, both accounts were working fine. I was able to send and receive email . This morning, my personal account wasn’t receiving email and I can’t send anything.
I started by deleting the personal account from the Blackberry BIS site.
I then deleted the service books from my BB.
I then pulled the battery for 5 minutes.
After reinstallation of the bat, I created a new email account through the bis site.
I then resent the service books
I then re updated the host routing tables
The bis site says the account is created and I get the Activation Server email.
Now, when I try to send an email to my personal account, my bb doesn’t receive it. I can verify the account received it by logging on through my computer. I can create an email (in my personal account) and send it, without any error, but the recipient address doesn’t receive it (no idea where it’s going).
I checked with my web hosting provider regarding the actual settings and this is what he gave me (which I verified I’m compliant with):
Server: mail.oakdaleaircraft.com
Port: 143
SSL: unchecked
Email (Wireless) Reconciliations: On
Conflicts: Mailbox Wins
Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld
So I’m out of ideas here. I tried creating a separate gmail and yahoo account and install them on the bb, both of which work. Just not sure what’s up with my personal account.
Anyone have any ideas?
