I have been searching for an app that I thought should be simple. I would like a program that upon making or receiving a call, would open up the contact and show me the notes and let me add new ones.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't know of an app that will open the contacts, but you know that you can take notes while on a call using BlackBerry's built in note function right? It gets saved under your call log and history.
