I have a 9650 with Verizon's OS 6 and have a problem with the call log. When I have a telephone number in my call log and then use the menu key I sometimes have a choice of View > history, call notes, speed dial and contact; for other calls I only have the choices of history, call notes & speed dial and again for other numbers I have only choice of call notes and speed dial list. How I can have call history and call notes for all telephone numbers that are in the log?
