Hi All,

I recently wiped my BB and restored the data. For some reason, when I click onto the browser icon, it won't go to the web, but to email settings. How can I fix this? Also, All 3 of my email accounts are configured correctly (at least I think so) and I'n getting messages on my BB from my Yahoo account, but not my work account. Anyone know why?

Feel free to let me know if more info is needed

Work account meaning, a corporate BES account?

Call your BES Admin.

You will probably need to have the Service Books re-sent to your device, if you are on a BES you will need to contact your BES Admin as JSanders mentioned, if you are on a BIS you will need to log on to your providers BIS webpage and resend them. Or call your provider and they will be able to send them to your device.

Thanks for the above info. We don't run a BES here, so I'm waiting to hear back from our LAN admin to see what he thinks. In the meantime, I deleted my work email, thinking if I delted it and added it again, that would solve the issue. So, now when I attempt to create another account for my work email (we use Outlook), BB is telling me it can't connect to our email server or the server name is invalid. I wrote down the email servcer before I delted my account, so I know this error message to be false.

Thoughts?
