Default HELP!!! Cannot setup my personal email on the 8520

Please Login to Remove!

I have tried several times, unsuccessfully to setup my personal email. I only get the option for enterprise email. Also I cannot download app world. Please help

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? If so, you can try to go to the AT&T BlackBerry Web site to set up the e-mail.

I did that, but I don't see anything on my Blackberry about the email. I setup a bb email, and my personal

If you go into Options / Advanced / Host Routing Table do you see a bunch of entries?

How about Options / Advanced / Service Book.

If it is empty, you need to call AT&T and get your account provisioned properly.
