Default Bold, Tour or Curve?

Please Login to Remove!

My contract is about to expire with Sprint so I have the chance to get a new BB with them or go to a different carrier. I 'm debating on getting the Tour with them or Verizon, or the Bold with AT&T. I'm not crazy about what I've heard about the service with AT&T. I also want to try out the new trackpad on the Bold or Curve models. I've been away from the forum for a while, so what's hot right now?? Is the curve with the trackpad pretty good unit? Or is the Tour a good option even though it only comes with a trackball?

I currently have the 9000 and love it. Especially with os 5.0.0.411. I have played with the 9700 for a day or 2 with the 5.0 that att put out. I wasnt really impressed with the 9700. Pretty much just a smaller 9000 in my eyes. I personaly like the size of the 9000 as well as the keyboard. I wasnt really a fan of the trackpad unless my thumb was wet or damp. But thats just me. Go to the stores and check everything out.

Tour 2 (wifi/trackpad) is expected early next year, it would be (in my opinion) silly to get the tour now.
If you can, wait.

Very shortly, like in another month, verizon will roll out the tour 2. Which is what I would go with. It has the track pad, an insane amount of internal memory and wifi.

It is really al about the carrier first nd the device second. Make sure the new carrier you go with has the coverage when and where you need it.

If you like Sprint and they have the coverage you need, then it might be best to stick with them and their devices rather than switch to an unknown.

I would also pick the carrier that will give you the best coverage than select any of the BBxxx8217;s you like offered by them
