i noticed that its a "green dot" bb tour. what does that mean exactly?

also, i noticed that it was made in canada. my original bb tour with the faulty trackball and the crazy lag was made in canada. any REAL difference?

what do you guys think?

also, i feel like the newer one is SOOO much smoother in terms for the software. but then again perhaps its because i havnt installed any 3rd party apps yet.
