"Undisclosed Recipients"

The CTO of my company is saying that all his emails are showing "To: Undisclosed Recipients" on every email. if you highlight it, press the BB button and go to "Show Address", it'll THEN display his email address, but you gotta do this extra step
Why is it showing this "Undisclosed Recipients" ? It's not showing that on my BB..
