Outside email is received without a problem. What is the purpose of the email from RIM?

In the email are the encryption keys. It comes from:
[email address] <mailto:network@etpXX.etp.eu.blackberry.net>

Where eu is the SRP/NOC where your BES is connected.

Bob

Default Same problem here

Hi to all,
I have similar problem, maybe someone can help me with this.

1) My Blackberry server is 4.0 sp2. fresh new install. (not an upgrade)
2) Running on a 2003 server
3) Running Lotus Domino 6.5.1
4) SQL is setup on the same machine and router running on another machine.

Here is the problem

Problem 1:
When i delete a user, wipe out the Handheld and try to add again that user, i see that error in my Domino Log.

11/15/2005 01:00:09 PM (User/SSOC/BNC} *** Activation *** password expired.
11/15/2005 01:00:09 PM {User/SSOC/BNC} *** Activation *** transaction aborted.

If i try to use the option Set Activation password it won't work. If i use the Generate and e-mail activation password it won't work unless i do it 6 time.

Does anyone knows WHY?

Problem 2

Another user that need her Handheld reinstalled, i see that error in my Domino log.

11/15/2005 03:59:22 AM OTAFM (user USER/SSOC/BNC): notification sent to handheld, tag 903866
11/15/2005 03:59:22 AM OTAFM (user USER/SSOC/BNC): tag 903866 returned FAILED

Anyone has seen this problem before. I did exactly the same thing has problem # 1 and it seems to solve problem. I just want to know if i am doing it right or if there are some fix that i need to put in place to solve that problem.

Thanks to all
