Asking for video, audio specs

If anybody can tell me the video codecs and modes that the 9000/Bold media player supports, I would very much appreciate it.
(I have a ton of video I want to transcode & have ready so I can swap it all around when I travel).
I know the screen spec is 480x320 but don't know if the media player fills that, the supported frame rates or the recognized encodings.
Going the other way, is there a spec on the video files the handset camcorder creates?
Same questions for audio, please - is WMA supported and in what modes?
How about MP3 bit rates, compressions?
Anything else?
