Hi, I updated my moms 8110 last night through the blackberry website, she used it today and said that all the contact info was lost and everything had been wiped off of the phone. I know it backed up some of the stuff on it. My question is where did it back it up to? It was through the bb site and it didnt ask to save anything to the computer.

The backup file (if there is one) has an ipd extension. It may be in the my documents folder, but search if not.
