When I plug my phone into a computer without the desktop manager installed, everything is fine. I can import photos and charge my battery.

If I plug into a computer that has the desktop manager installed the red light comes on and shuts off my phone completely. My wife has the same exact phone and uses the desktop manger all the time. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried the phone on multiple computers with DM installed? Also are you running the latest OS?

what version of your BlackBerry and Desktop Manager ?
