Only partial sync of contacts: BB to Outlook

Hello:
I'm having a helluva time figuring out this problem. One of my users syncs his BB with Outlook, and for many of the 200 or so contacts, only partial info is actually synced between the two.
For instance, with some contacts, only the name & first email address is synced. Other vital contact info, such as a few notes or contact photos, does not sync. The missing info disappears on either the BB or PC's Outlook. Entire contacts are not missing, just info contained with certain ones.
If you have any thoughts on this, I'd love to hear them.
