Default Add empty lines to Disclaimer Text

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to have a few empty lines at the beginning of the disclaimer text so the text does not butt up to the typed message? Whenever I try to put a few empty lines ( <CR> ) in BES into that text, they get taken out again on saving. I have tried lines consisting of one space character only, but those got taken out as well. I now have resorted to putting one dot in each line, but I'd rather have just nothing.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
