Hello

User states two email were received in his inbox but not on the BB device. What logs would help confirm this? exchange 2007 w/Bes 4.1.4

The appropriate MAGT log for the user in question. check the user properties for which one the user is in.

You should also check to see if the user has any filters in place that would keep the message off the Blackberry.

found the entry in the magt log:

then just for the heck of it, run outlookspy. On that particular email there is NO reference to the blackberry Refid number, in user2 mailbox.
