Under BES 5.0.3 MR7, I noticed some entries in the log files, I am not sure what it means but know that its causing mail delays of 47mins for this user. I would appreciate if someone could explain what it means and why its happening

I have seen some older post for CHECK_FB_CACHE_EXPIRY, but still looking into this. runing Exchange 2007 SP3 Rollup 9 and also seen "Users may experience delayed email after upgrading to Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP2 Rollup 4 or Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP2 Rollup 5" KBKB33174 but that is for Exchange 2010

If this is a known issue and loggin this instead of RELOAD_FOLDERS, why is it trying to do the reloading of folders ?
