I know that this issue has been discussed quite a bit here on this forum, but I have not been able to find a good answer to this question...... is the constant static I am getting when on calls something that might be isolated to my particular unit, and can be remedied by an exchange at my local AT&T store, or is is something that is inherent to this model or this version of the operating system, necessitating an upgrade from RIM or one of the other providers (Rogers, O2, etc...).

It's not completely terrible, but it can be a bit annoying at times. I know that there is a Rogers version of the OS that is the newest (mine is the original Cing/ATT). Would upgrading to that change the radio behavior?

I've had some static...whats up with that?
been noticing it...I ask the party I am talking to and they can't hear it, its only in my ear...why?
